CLAIMS, RIGHT WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND LEGAL GUARANTEES


1.- The user has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire to the 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third one for you indicated, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify VIVELIM, your decision to withdraw the contract through an unequivocal declaration by postal letter or by email to   .

You can use the withdrawal form model that you can download here, although its use is not mandatory. To fulfill the period of withdrawal, it is enough for the communication to be sent before the corresponding deadline comes.

2.- If you need to return any of the products you have acquired on our website, you must take into account the following:

- Both the costs of the return and the shipping costs, customs expenses or local taxes, will be borne by the client.

-For shipping, you must package the article protected correctly to prevent you from suffering from transportation.

- The product must be in the same conditions in which it received it.

- Once we receive the package we will send an email confirming the reception of it and after the check, we will reimburse the amount of the order.

- The approximate term of the return of the amount is between 5 and 7 business days from the receipt of the product.

If the article was defective or an error is produced in the product delivered, it will be VIVELIM who is responsible and we would send a new product as soon as possible. You would have to warn us of this error within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
It is recommended that if you observe the deteriorated transport packaging, it reflects it in the delivery albarn.

Any return must be previously accepted by VIVELIM and follow the steps indicated for the correct identification of the product, all products that do not follow the established process will not be returned.

Consultations and incidents

For any claim on an order, you have 14 days from the reception of the same to check the status of your order, once this time is exceeded, you are not responsible for the return of said product.

The garments have to be in perfect condition and with their corresponding invoice and tag.

You can not return or change jewelry articles, except those in defect or tare.

VIVELIM reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the fixed term, or garments that are not under the same conditions in which they were received.

How to request a return

1.- Access the "Order History" section of your own account.

2.- Click on "details" to select the order of which you want to return.

3.- Select the product or products that the customer wants to return marking the verification box next to its name.

4.- You must add the amount to be returned in case it is more than one product and if you wish, you can include a brief explanation of the reason why it returns that article.

5.- Finally, click on “Request a return”.

Annulment

VIVELIM reserves the right to cancel any order by computer error or for errors in the prices shown.

Warranty

All our products are subject to the legal guarantee in force in the terms provided in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Any product that has been manipulated by the customer is exempt from guaranteeing before proceeding to its return or replacement.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general conditions of use are governed by Spanish legislation. The parties submit, to their election, for the resolution of conflicts and with the resignation of any other jurisdiction, to the competent Spanish courts and courts.

Likewise, you can opt for the resolution of online litigation in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013. The European Commission facilitates an online litigation resolution platform, which is available in the following link:
