VIVELIM reserves the right not to offer the free warranty service if the indicated documents are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible. If returned within the warranty period, VIVELIM undertakes to repair or replace the defective product or any of its parts at no additional cost.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover any of the following cases:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING REIMBURSEMENT
